Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.

Any cancellation within 48hours of the booking. – 100% Refund

Any cancellation between 40 Days – 30 Days prior to start date: 75% of expedition fare charge

Any cancellation between 30 Days – 25 Days prior to start date: 50% of expedition fare charge

Any cancellation less than 25 Days: No refund
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
